Returns and Refund
At Nutricult, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. However, due to the nature of nutraceutical supplements, we have specific return and refund guidelines to ensure product safety and hygiene.
1. Returns & Replacements
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a defective item
-
You received a wrong product (different from the one ordered)

You received a product that is expired
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

You must share photo/video evidence clearly showing the damage or defect
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery

Opened, used, or tampered products

Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors

Products returned without original packaging or invoice

Products reported for return beyond 48 hours of delivery
2. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement:

Mention your Order ID, issue details, and attach photos/videos

Our support team will verify and respond within 1–2 business days

If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (in applicable locations) or request you to courier it back

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a replacement or initiate a refund.
3. Refunds
Refund Process

Refunds are processed only for:

Orders cancelled before dispatch

Eligible return cases (wrong, damaged, defective, or expired products)

Refunds are initiated after the product is received and quality-checked at our warehouse
Refund Timeline

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.)

Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days after approval
-
For Cash on Delivery orders (if allowed), refund will be issued to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS
4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at support@nutricult.in

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If return is due to Nutricult’s error (wrong/damaged/defective product), we bear the full cost of return shipping

If return is due to customer error or address issues, shipping charges are non-refundable
